Council to decide fate of disputed Cuthbert Road rebuild
A Malibu Park homeowner's bid to combine a Woolsey Fire like-for-like rebuild with a 3,400-square-foot addition tops tonight's agenda.

A controversial house on Cuthbert Road in Malibu Park is first on the Malibu City Council agenda tonight, when the council goes into open session at 5:30 p.m.
The city council has already tentatively voted to reject this house. The owners had hoped to take advantage of like-for-like rebuild provisions in the Woolsey Fire Zone. But at the same time, they sought city permission to also add a 3,400-square-foot addition to the house.
