A coroner in South Carolina says actress Hayden Panettiere had been at a drug treatment center in Malibu shortly before her overdose death by fentanyl and other drugs in South Carolina.
The 36-year-old actress was found dead in Greenville a week ago. A memorial service for her close friends was held Saturday. It was a private affair at a location in Malibu.
The coroner's office in Greenville County, South Carolina, found a deadly combination of drugs in her blood: fentanyl, an anti-anxiety medicine called alprazolam, a muscle relaxer, and a drug used to treat major depression.
