Palisades Village reopens tomorrow.

The shopping center in the heart of Pacific Palisades is surrounded by burned-out wreckage. But it was saved by a crew of private firefighters hired by shopping center magnate Rick Caruso.

He and his insurance companies spent $100 million on environmental remediation and reconstruction of Palisades Village following the disastrous January 2025 wildfires.

According to the Palisades Post, the total remediation price tag represents roughly half the property's original $200 million development cost.

Ribbon cutting is at 10:30 tomorrow morning. Retail stores will be open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. A special event will happen at 8.

As part of its reopening, Palisades Village is offering complimentary parking through Sept. 30.
