Reckless driver rear-ends family car on Malibu Canyon Road

A car being driven in what witnesses said was a reckless manner slammed into the back of another car on Malibu Canyon Road last night near the tunnel.
Children were heard screaming over the cellphone by dispatchers as the father called in to report the crash.
The CHP reports that a black sedan had been seen being driven recklessly just before the crash, which occurred at about 9:15 p.m. on Malibu Canyon Road near Piuma Road.
It's not clear how badly the kids were hurt, or if any arrests were made. All of this account is based on unconfirmed scanner traffic.
