Caltrans engineers said Tuesday they have added yet one more house to their list of specific addresses of locations that burned down and where the ocean is washing right up against PCH.
This would be burned-down house address number 51, near Carbon Beach.
Emergency steps are being taken at every one of those 51 locations, Caltrans says. There are also three locations where Caltrans is working on major embankment failures or beach erosion west of Malibu.
