Erickson admits deleting texts to Grossman in civil trial
The Malibu man faces tens of millions in damages alongside Rebecca Grossman over the 2020 crosswalk deaths of two boys.

Testimony continued yesterday by Scott Erickson, the man accused of helping to cause the deaths of two little boys who were run down in a crosswalk in Westlake Village in 2020.
Erickson and socialite Rebecca Grossman face paying tens of millions of dollars in damages to the survivors of Mark and Jacob Iskander.
Yesterday, the Iskanders' lawyer drilled Erickson about why he deleted text messages he had sent to Grossman.
As we've reported, Erickson and Grossman both have close ties to Malibu. And Erickson was in Malibu the day after the fatal crash, where he saw his lover, driving close behind him at high speed, run down the two little boys that he had almost hit.
Rebecca Grossman has not been in the courtroom. She remains in prison in Chino on a 15-year murder sentence.
Erickson has never been criminally charged with anything other than misdemeanor drunk driving.
