Which streets will the city of Malibu repave next year?
Malibu gets a share of state gas tax money earmarked for street maintenance. It's the money from SB 1, the California road maintenance tax. Next year, it's just over $300,000.
Malibu's city council is being asked by the city staff to apply that money toward repaving streets, this time in the Point Dume area.
Grayfox Street, Boniface Drive, Portshead Road, Wildlife Road, and parts of Selfridge Drive are on the list.
The city council will vote on this next Tuesday night.
