Fallen tree blocks Old Topanga Canyon Road at Cheese Rocks Play

Old Topanga Canyon Road is blocked at the place they call the Cheese Rocks, where a tree has fallen across the road in both directions.

That's about three miles north of the traffic light at Topanga Canyon Boulevard.

The County Department of Public Works is responsible for that stretch, not Caltrans, and crews with chainsaws are presumably working to clear it now.

Topanga Canyon Boulevard itself, the main road, is open.
